Production Line

DRXD is a professional manufacturer focusing on the R&D and intelligent manufacturing of motorcycle lights. We have built a highly professional, fully integrated and high-efficiency production assembly line for motorcycle indicator lights, with outstanding manufacturing capacity and standardized production management in the automotive lighting industry. Covering a modern standardized production plant of more than 6,000 square meters, our factory adopts scientific functional zoning, including independent mold development workshops, SMT production workshops, automated testing areas and finished product warehouses. The reasonable spatial layout effectively avoids cross-contamination between processes and greatly improves overall production efficiency. Our stable monthly production capacity reaches 1 million motorcycle LED lights, enabling us to support bulk orders, customized orders and urgent delivery orders from global customers with reliable and sufficient supply capacity.

We have established a mature and complete closed-loop supply chain system covering the whole industrial chain. From raw material procurement, independent mold development, in-process production monitoring to finished product delivery and after-sales tracking, all core links are independently controlled by our team. This integrated supply chain management shortens production lead time, stabilizes product cost and ensures consistent product quality in every batch of shipments, solving customers’ worries about supply instability and quality fluctuation fundamentally.

Our production line covers complete intelligent manufacturing and quality inspection processes. Firstly, the professional mold development department supports independent mold design, production and modification, which helps us quickly realize personalized structural and appearance customization for motorcycle lights according to customers’ unique requirements. In the dedicated SMT workshop, high-speed automatic chip mounters are applied for precise component mounting on PCBs, followed by reflow soldering machines with precise temperature control curves to ensure firm and error-free welding of electronic components. After welding, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment conducts full online visual detection, automatically identifying common defects such as missing components, offset parts, insufficient solder and cold solder joints with high precision, realizing intelligent and non-destructive primary quality screening.

To balance high production efficiency and meticulous quality control, we adopt a hybrid production mode combining full automation and moderate semi-automatic manual inspection. After automatic intelligent detection, professional inspectors carry out manual re-inspection focusing on core performance indicators including light brightness, waterproof performance, sealing tightness and overall appearance of finished lights. The dual-inspection mechanism minimizes defective rate effectively. With advanced automated production equipment, standardized process management, full-process quality monitoring and sound supply chain support, Dongrixin delivers durable, high-performance and cost-effective motorcycle lights to worldwide clients steadily

OEM/ODM

All engineers cooperate closely and complement each other’s advantages in daily work. Optical engineers optimize lighting effect and light uniformity, structural engineers ensure product firmness and assembly rationality, electronic engineers develop stable circuit systems, test engineers conduct strict durability and environmental tests, and process engineers optimize production procedures.
